Manage your holding on-line

You can use the Computershare Investor Centre to manage your James Hardie holding on line. Here you can:

• View all your Computershare managed accounts in a convenient portfolio view;
• Select a User ID/Password of your choice for easier logins on future visits;
• Make changes directly to your account online, including:
  - Changing your address
  - Signing up for eCommunications
  - Certifying your tax status
  - Updating banking details
  - Voting your proxy with the same login you use to manage your shares
  - Getting access to company news and profiles from Reuters
  - Receive important information regarding your account

To register with the Investor Centre, you will need your Holder account number (found on your Computershare statement, cheque or proxy); Family (Last) Name; and Postal Code.
